Scholarship Application

CMH SOCCER CLUB will award one scholarship for the 2024-2025 soccer season. This scholarship is awarded a player with a financial need, a passion for soccer and one who embodies qualities that CMH Soccer values.

Scholarship will be awarded May 15th and will cover cost of travel fees for one CMH program and the cost of the basic uniform kit. Tryout fee not included.
